If you determine that you want to return your Sole equipment during your 30 day trial period, the process is quite simple. First, you simply fill out the online form on the Sole Replacements and Returns page http://www.soletreadmills.com/support/rma.html on the Sole website. After the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation along with information about how to proceed with your return. This information will arrive within 24 to 48 business hours of your submittal.
When picking up your equipment, the same delivery option will be used that was used to deliver it to your home if you purchased the equipment from the Sole website. If you purchased it from a retailer, it will be picked up via curbside service unless you choose to upgrade to another option at full cost.
If you think there is a chance that you will want to return your Sole treadmill within the 30 day trial period, be sure to keep all of your packaging. You will also need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which you will receive after filling out the online return form or calling 1-866-780-7653. Once your product arrives, you will be credited the cost of the equipment and shipping, minus an 8 percent restocking fee. If your shipment is refused for any reason or if it is returned without its original packaging, it will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee and you will be required to pay the freight charges. You will also be responsible for any damages that may have occurred because the product was not packaged properly.
It should be noted that Sole will only credit freight charges that were paid to deliver the equipment and the assembly fees if they were paid to a third party. The cost of disassembling the equipment or removing the equipment from your home, however, is not covered. Furthermore, you are responsible for repackaging the treadmill or elliptical.
If you are returning the product due to problems with the equipment, Sole will repair or replace the product if you prefer. In this case, the replacement parts may be either new or refurbished. If you prefer to simply return the product due to buyer’s remorse, on the other hand, you can do so with no questions asked and with a full refund.
