7. Take a Short Nap
A short nap, otherwise referred to as a “power nap,” can give your brain and body the rest you need to re-energize yourself. A study conducted by the National Institute of Mental Health found that a 60 minute nap can give you an energy boost while also helping you become better able to retain what you have learned.
