This 30 minute treadmill workout will focus on building your booty with incline walking and running intervals. You will alternate between slower speeds with higher inclines and higher speeds with lower inclines. The incline is excellent for activating your glute muscles, while the speed will get your heart rate up to burn those calories.
Even when you are short on time, getting an effective workout in is still possible. This fun treadmill workout will take only 10 minutes, but it is sure to have you sweating and your heart pumping. This workout combines higher speeds and inclines together. It is a tough one, but just remember; it’s only ten minutes.
In this intense interval workout, you will be increasing your speed every 30 seconds during some intervals, while mixing in resting intervals of walking at 3.5 mph. At only 20 minutes long, this is another great workout if time is of the essence.
If running isn’t your thing, this fifth and final treadmill workout is for you. For 45 minutes, your speed will never go above 4 mph, which is a fast paced walk. Instead of speed, this workout focuses on incline, never dropping below a 5 incline and topping out at 10.
